Campus Libraries/Information Commons

The Learning Commons is the name given to Holmesglen’s libraries. 
Resources include:
  • Books
  • Journals
  • DVDs
  • Special language support collection including IELTS resources
Students also have access to over 90 journal databases including Ebsco, Proquest, Gale and Informit.

Computer Access

Over 400 PCs are available for students use in the Learning Commons branches. Free internet and email access is available to all students with use of their student ID card. Computers also have current software including Microsoft Office 2007 and the Adobe CS5 Suite.
Computers in the Learning Commons branches are always in high demand by students, particularly at exam and assignment times.  

Holmesglen Fitness Centre

Holmesglen Fitness is a modern gym in Holmesglen’s $10 million student facility at Moorabbin.  Holmesglen Fitness offers a fully equipped weight and fitness training room with an extensive range of cardiovascular equipment, free weights and pin-loaded machines. The facility is available to all students, staff and members of the community and is open seven days a week.
